Digital Rail Thermometer Exclude probe

Therma 1 is a handheld indicator for thermocouples ensors type K, and has now hold function. The reference junction compensation (CJC) is of crucial importance when using thermocouples. This CJC criterion is fulfilled very well by Therma 1. Therma 1 is delivered with a soft case with dimensions 300 x 110 x 40 mm. Sensors are to be ordered separately and several models are available. See below. Upon request indicator and selected sensors can be calibrated together and a calibration certificate. Favourable prices for calibration temperatures 0 and 100 °C.

Infrared thermometer from the MultiMeasure Basic series with 12:1 measurement lens, wide temperature measurement range from -35 °C to +800 °C, adjustable emissions level, high/low alarm, back-lit display, ...

BP21 infrared thermometer / pyrometer – entry-level pyrometer with high-flying ambitions

When we introduced the BP21 infrared thermometer to a highly-competitive market we had our sights set on providing a broad range of users with a low-price entry-level model designed to offer the best possible value for money. But the BP21 infrared pyrometer was able to achieve more than just offer excellent value for money. It quickly established itself as a highly-sophisticated measuring instrument whose extremely accurate and reliable readings meant that it could comfortably compete with our competitors’ models – and even beat them on their own ground. An array of attractive and impressive features including an optical resolution of 12:1, a degree of emission that can be adjusted to suit the type of selected material, a broad temperature range and an innovative dual laser which can visualize the size of the measuring spot automatically further cemented the BP21’s position as one of the widely bought infrared thermometers in its class/on the market.

Power up the new BP21 and the multi-purpose, user-friendly, handheld measuring tool is ready to provide you with precise and reliable measuring results in a mere matter of seconds. The BP21 can quickly and reliably measure values between 35 °C and +800 °C and present them on a crisp and clear backlit display which make the models ideal for carrying out measurements in poorly-lit or pitch-black surroundings. And because the display is so easy to read, it can even offset the onset of fatigue! Now you can’t get much more user-friendly than that!

The BP21 infrared thermometer / pyrometer provides a bundle of benefits in practice:

  • Contact-free surface temperature measurements between -35 °C and +800 °C
  • Optical resolution 12:1
  • Sheer unbeatable value for money
  • Dual laser technology for measuring spot diameter display
  • Freely-selectable degree of emission from 0.1 to 1.0
  • Minimum/maximum value and hold function
  • Backlit display
  • Alarm

TP7 pyrometer– the universal infrared thermometer for a sheer multitude of applications

The TP7 professional pyrometer is equipped with an exhaustive list of impressive features which make it ideal for a variety of different professional applications. There’s the temperature range which spans over a thousand degrees allowing you to measure temperatures between -50 °C and +1,000 °C, an optical resolution of 30:1 and a state-of-the-art dual laser designed to visualize measuring spots and provide you with an optimum of comfort. And then there’s the price. The TP7 is not just a good buy – it is quite simply excellent value for money. Which is what you have long come to expect from Trotec.

When our technicians designed the TP7 they had a clear vision of what they wanted: a brilliant backlit display that would make it easy to read off the values in both favourable conditions as well as in dimly-lit surroundings and a degree of emission that could be adjusted individually to suit the type of material that had been selected for measuring. Now isn’t that what you would have wanted too?

The TP7 is ideal for a sheer endless number of professional applications: it is tough enough to stand up to the rigours and demands of daily use and compact enough for use in hard-to-reach or virtually inaccessible places. And because of the extremely high temperature measuring range and the contact-free measuring principle it is excellently suited for measuring the temperatures of hot, moving or even dangerous measuring targets.

Oh, and thanks to the improved lens smaller objects are also much more easily discernible over a greater distance.

Simply point the pyrometer at the object, press the trigger and read off the surface temperature from the backlit display. It’s a bit like falling off a log really.

The TP6 pyrometer provides a bundle of benefits in practice:

  • Contact-free surface temperature measurements between -50 °C and +1,000 °C
  • Optical resolution 30:1
  • Sheer unbeatable value for money
  • Dual laser technology for measuring spot diameter display
  • Freely-selectable degree of emission from 0.1 to 1.0
  • Minimum/maximum value and hold function
  • Backlit display
  • Alarm
  • Auto power off

PYROMETER TP10

Versatile precision infrared thermometer for professional applications
The professional pyrometer TP10 combines precise measuring technology, flexible application possibilities and a multitude of sophisticated measuring functions with easy handling characteristics and an excellent price-performance-ratio in one premium-quality high-end pyrometer.
Whether safe diagnosis and maintenance of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation installations or extensive maintenance tasks in the industrial and craft sector – thanks to the large temperature measuring range from -50 °C to +1,850 °C, the high optical resolution of 75:1, the freely adjustable degree of emission and the manifold technical equipment features, this precision infrared thermometer is also ideally suited for complex and demanding measuring tasks during maintenance, inspection, analysis or documentation.
The integrated data logger function to capture and save up to 100 measuring spots e.g. enables a simple tracing of inspection paths.
During every measurement, maximum, minimum, average and differential value are automatically determined and displayed in addition to the current measured value via function call.
The clearly legible display with background illumination is also ideally suited for use in poorly lit surroundings.
Additionally, this infrared thermometer is provided with an alarm function, where the upper and lower alarm limit value can be defined individually. As soon as the measured value exceeds the specified temperature range, an acoustic and visual alarm are automatically generated.
Owing to the two bright dual laser points, which automatically visualize the size of the measuring spot, and the improved optics of the TP10, precise surface temperature measurements can be performed even at very small components and far-away objects.
For non-stop measuring the TP10 can further be fixed to a tripod.
