Product description:
The horn disconnector is used in overhead contact systems for safe disconnection and current handling in high-load applications. The construction is designed for reliable operation and high mechanical strength even in demanding environments.
The body is manufactured from AlSi while the contacts are made from silver-plated Cu-ETP for low contact resistance and excellent conductivity. The insulators are made from glass fibre and the connecting parts from stainless steel.
