The Rail Anti-theft Bond 3/16in by Safetrack is a purpose-built bonding solution for railway signaling and return current systems in theft-prone environments. The copper wire is securely pre-brazed to a specially designed steel strap, which is then PinBrazed directly to the rail—eliminating bolted connections and making the installation tamper-resistant.
For optimal conductivity and durability, the entire bond is copper-coated to maximize signal transfer and tin-plated to resist weathering and corrosion, ensuring long-term performance in harsh rail environments.
