MX100 is Safetrack’s most advanced SafeBond^® MAX unit, developed for fast, reliable and completely material-safe cable connections – even for larger cable dimensions. With an automated process and silver-based technology, you achieve consistently low transition resistance and maximum operational reliability.

MX100 is developed for the SafeBond^® MAX system, an indirect arc brazing technology with low temperature (approx. 650°C) where a silver-based alloy creates an electrically optimal connection. The result is a corrosion-free connection with extremely low transition resistance (~5 µΩ) without affecting the structure of the rail or material.

The process is fully automated – the operator only presses the trigger, and the system controls the energy supply to ensure consistent and safe results every time.

MX100 also enables connection of larger cables than previous SafeBond^® solutions, making it ideal for modern requirements within railway, grounding and power applications.
