MICA® ML-602 Rechargeable Tri-Color Signal Lamp
When it comes to versatile, high-quality signal lamps, the MICA® ML-602 is a proven solution for demanding railway, traffic safety and industrial environments. The powerful rechargeable battery provides up to 6 hours of operating time with focused and stable light output.
The easy-to-use power switch includes a stepless dimmer, allowing you to switch smoothly between full and reduced light output as needed. In addition to the powerful white main LED, the ML-602 features two independent LED signal arrays, each with its own dedicated control button for precise operation.
The product has been tested to verify compliance with EN 45545-2, making it suitable for railway environments where fire safety is an important requirement.
The independent red and yellow LED arrays, each consisting of six LEDs, are visible from over 1.5 kilometres (1 mile). High-quality LEDs combined with an extra-rugged construction help ensure a long service life.
An advanced microcontroller protects the battery against overcharging and deep discharge. When the battery level starts to run low, a red warning light illuminates on the rear of the lamp. When the battery becomes critically low, an additional safety function warns the user by flashing the white main LED, indicating that less than 20 minutes of operating time remain.
The ML-602 is widely used by signallers, traffic controllers and maintenance personnel across a range of sectors. Typical applications include railway dispatch, speed control, rail maintenance safety, road maintenance, traffic accident safety, hump yard shunting and industrial backup lighting.
The splash-proof housing is made from high-impact resistant yellow polyamide. Other colours, such as orange or NATO green, are available on request for custom orders. The lamp is also equipped with a practical wrist strap and a sturdy steel belt clip on the back.
The EM function is designed for power outage situations. It is activated by switching the hand lamp on while it is placed in the charger. When activated, the main light shines dimly and a small green LED indicates that the function is enabled. In the event of a power failure, the electronics detect the outage and the lamp switches on automatically.
We also offer a range of colour lenses and a soft light diffuser filter, both of which can be easily attached to the main white LED. The ML-602 is compatible with the MICA® MLC Charger.
