Hydraulic rail tensor MIT 120 UR is designed for safe and efficient rail stressing during aluminothermic welding and thermite welding of rails. Its robust structure is built to withstand high traction forces and demanding railway work.
The machine is powered by a petrol Honda engine that drives a hydraulic power unit with a gear pump for rapid rail approach and a radial piston pump that automatically adjusts the pulling force. The system includes an adjustment valve, two hydraulic cylinders with safety block valves and four special steel clamps for secure locking to the rail.
