The RC30 Rail Cutter from Demarec is a powerful and mobile solution designed for controlled railway dismantling and rail recycling applications. It is engineered to cut all common Vignole rails (flat-bottom rails) with standard steel grades up to 900 N/mm² and rail profiles ranging from S7 to UIC 60.
Equipped with the patented DemaPower cylinder, the RC30 delivers up to 20% more cutting force compared to conventional solutions, resulting in higher productivity and faster operating cycles. Large heavy-duty bearings reduce bushing wear and extend service life, while the body is manufactured from high-strength special steel for maximum durability in demanding environments.
For improved safety, the RC30 is designed to prevent parts from being ejected during the cutting process. The cutter is available both with and without an integrated rotator, allowing users to choose the configuration that best suits their application.
