ABT5210 is a compact and robust measuring instrument, manufactured from a combination of durable stainless steel and lightweight aluminium. The instrument is designed for accurate measurement of side wear and rail head wear on rail types Ri59, Ri60, Ri60 P10, and 41GPU.
The measurement of side and head wear is performed mechanically using two linear stainless steel scales, where a horizontal and a vertical slide respectively ensure accurate and repeatable measurement results.
