Designed to make the quickly and accurately provisional locking of two rail lenghts.
The system is composed of:
⇒ Two clamps to be placed under the rail flange. In one of this clamp there is a site for the head-screw locking
⇒ One high resistance bolt for MM1 rail clamp
⇒ Two high resistance bolts for MM2 rail clamp
⇒ One self-locking nut to avoid the unlocking for MM1 rail clamp
⇒ Two self-locking nut to avoid the unlocking for MM2 rail clamp
The novelty of this system consists of the easy assembling of these mechanical rail clamps. In fact, just tighten the self-braking nuts, you obtain the maximum guarantee to the mechanical stress and vibrations. This solution eliminates assembly operations of other mechanical parts (such as mechanical sledges, masks, additional bolts and other accessories in general). In fact, the nuts incorporate a spring which contracts a collar that prevents its unscrewing even with particularly difficult temperatures and ranging from – 50°C to + 300 °C. Working in pair for MM1 version - Single working use for MM2 version.
