The ESAB Renegade VOLT ES 200i is a powerful and flexible welding machine designed for SMAW (MMA/Stick) and Lift TIG welding. Renegade VOLT is powered by DEWALT FLEXVOLT batteries (6 Ah, 9 Ah, or 12 Ah) and is supplied with four 12 Ah batteries. When operating on battery power, the unit delivers up to 140 A and can weld up to 30–33 E6013 electrodes per charge. When connected to 230 V AC mains, it provides full output up to 200 A.
The AMP+ hybrid mode combines battery power with mains supply. This ensures stable arc performance even when working with limited electrical infrastructure and significantly reduces the risk of blowing fuses — ideal for construction sites, facility maintenance, and remote operations.
The machine supports DC Stick (MMA) and Lift TIG welding and is capable of welding 6010 cellulosic electrodes. Features such as adjustable Arc Force, Hot Start, and 10 programmable memory settings provide excellent control, repeatability, and welding quality.
The bright color display is optimized for outdoor visibility and shows battery status as well as remaining arc time. Since the unit is battery-powered, it requires no fuel and produces no exhaust fumes or engine noise — making it ideal for sensitive environments and hard-to-reach locations.
