The ES 300i combines portability with outstanding welding capacity. Its compact form factor and lightweight design make it ideal for mobile applications, while the durable composite casing ensures long service life even in demanding industrial conditions.
The machine features automatic mains voltage detection and can be connected to 3-phase power supplies from 230 V to 480 V. Its high duty cycle (40% at 300 A) allows for sustained welding performance, even in high ambient temperatures.
With adjustable Hot Start, arc ignition becomes easier and more reliable. The unit automatically optimizes start and stop parameters based on the selected welding current — simply set the amperage and start welding.
When the Cellulose function is activated, the machine provides increased arc voltage, delivering excellent performance with cellulosic electrodes. This makes it particularly suitable for pipeline and structural welding applications.
Three parameter memory settings allow quick and easy access to frequently used welding configurations, improving efficiency on the job site.
