This machine makes precise cuts of the profiles of the most common rails.
The electric engine transmits the motion to the high quality steel blade (cooled with a suitable liquid) through a reducer. Place the machine directly on the cutting point, tighten the clamp and begin cutting. The rapid and precise anchorage on the rail allows to execute perfect perpendicular cuts, without any effort.
This system minimizes digging under the rail and can be mounted or unmounted on a rail very quickly.
The cutting operation is fully automatic, thanks to a pneumatic system that gradually lowers the blade, applying just the right force necessary for cutting while minimizing the wear of the blade and the consumption of fuel. The machine is equipped with blade guard, security systems and safety stop button to ensure maximum operator safety.
Excluding Rail Profiles (compatible with drilling machine TFR 130P profiles).
One cutting blade and a 10 liter tank is included with the machine.
