Brazing Pins without Fuse Wire – For Modern PinBrazing Systems

Safetrack’s brazing pins without fuse wire are specially developed for use with our electronic and digital PinBrazing systems. They provide a stable and precise brazing process with automatically regulated energy, ensuring fast, safe, and consistent results – without the need for a fuse wire.

The pins are manufactured in Sweden under ISO 9001-certified production and are used together with ceramic ferrules and specially designed cable lugs or bonds to ensure optimal contact with the rail.
