Safetrack's connection leads are designed to provide reliable, vibration-resistant electrical connections between the rail and existing cables. Used together with the Pin Brazing system, they are engineered to withstand the mechanical stresses encountered in demanding railway environments.
The connection leads are manufactured from annealed, highly flexible copper cable that reduces stress on the electrical connection caused by rail movement due to temperature variations and train-induced vibrations.
One end is designed for Safetrack's Pin Brazing system, while the opposite end is equipped with a compression sleeve that is crimped onto the existing cable in the track.

Safetrack Octopus Bonds are designed for connecting larger cable sizes to railway systems. Their flexible copper construction provides a durable, vibration-resistant connection while ensuring quick and efficient installation.
Octopus Bonds are used where a flexible transition between the railway system and larger power cables is required. By compression-crimping the flexible copper conductor to the existing cable, a secure and durable electrical connection is achieved for demanding railway applications.
