Safetrack® rail bonds are designed for railway applications where high conductivity, low contact resistance and long service life are essential. Each rail bond is equipped with specially designed cable lugs for PinBrazing at both ends, ensuring a strong and reliable electrical connection to the rail.
The unique silver-brazed construction bonds not only the cable lug, but also the conductor strands themselves. This results in extremely low contact resistance, superior signal transmission and a mechanically durable bond that withstands vibration, weather and corrosion over many years of service.
Safetrack® silver-brazed rail bonds are used in signaling, track circuits and return current applications where electrical reliability is critical to both train operation and safety. They are available in a wide range of lengths and conductor sizes, tailored to common rail profiles and installation requirements.
