Safetrack's T-Connectors are designed for applications where an electrical connection must be removable for future inspection, maintenance or replacement. They are widely used in railway systems, track infrastructure and other industrial installations where a secure yet detachable electrical connection is required.
The T-Connector consists of a copper plate with a threaded connection that is Pin Brazed to the base material. The threaded stud is available in either brass or stainless steel depending on the application and environmental requirements. The result is a robust connection point offering high mechanical strength and low contact resistance.
T-Connectors are used together with Safetrack's Pin Brazing system. The Pin Brazing process provides a safe, durable electrical connection while allowing the connector to be easily removed during future maintenance.
