Meet Anders Ehlefors, responsible for Quality & Environment at Safetrack. Anders works primarily with quality, ISO, and management systems and plays a central role in ensuring structure, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. In addition, he works with drawings, work instructions, supports production planning, and manages the sorting of incoming inquiries to the company’s sales mailbox.
Anders has been part of Safetrack since 1995 and has, over the years, held – or been involved in – most positions within the company. This broad experience has given him a deep understanding of Safetrack’s processes and a unique overall perspective on how quality, production, and business are interconnected. He works both strategically and operationally and collaborates internally as well as externally with customers, suppliers, and authorities.
Anders’ greatest strength lies in his clear philosophy: “Improvement – not change.” With a strong interest in statistics, follow-up, and improvement routines, he actively drives a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization. It is often said that “Anders can do everything – except read the clock,” a phrase that reflects both his broad competence and constant engagement.
In his work, Anders is consistent and energetic, driven by improvements, cost reductions, and long-term, sustainable ways of working.
Outside of work, Anders enjoys track driving when the opportunity arises and likes to immerse himself in documentaries.
