Designed to make the re-profiling of the rail head after welding.
It is equipped with a 4-stroke Yamaha lightweight petrol engine, which involves a low fuel consumption.
It also has a continous forced cycle system of lubrification and carburation, which allows to tilt the machine by 90° and therefore the grinding of all the rail head.
The transmission from the engine to the grinding stone happens thanks to a V-belt with a tensioner.
The protected action of the belt, the grinding wheel and a comfortable steering bar, with inserted stop button motor, guarantee maximum safety and minimal effort for the operator.
The machine is also equipped with: two rollers for longitudinal displacement on the rail, two lateral supports which ensure stability during operation, handwheel adjustment depth of grinding with a graduated scale, block and guide rod for tilting machine.
