Polyurethane Wheel Chock – Safe and Durable Rail Stop

This polyurethane wheel chock is designed to prevent wagons and trains from rolling.

A practical and durable alternative to traditional wooden or oak chocks, ideal for depots, maintenance workshops, and train manufacturers.

The chock is made to safely stop free-rolling wagons and can easily be reversed for left or right-side use.

Cast in high-quality polyurethane, it withstands repeated impacts – wagons can roll over it multiple times without damage or risk of derailment.

How to Use

1. Ensure the wagon is completely stationary.

2. After applying the brake, place the chock under the wheel.

3. When removing, there’s no need to bend down – the wagon can safely roll over the chock without damage.

Important Safety Information

• Do not use this chock when loading or unloading wagons – use item 974200 or steel wheel chocks instead.
• Do not use if the wagon is lifted at one end – all wheels must remain on the rail.
• Use only on level track and ensure the rail surface is clean and dry. Avoid use on oily or greasy rails.
