The e-MPR 4000 is a powerful and modern battery-powered rail grinding machine designed for reprofiling the rail head after aluminothermic welding. It combines high performance, easy handling, and maximum safety – all without the need for fuel or external power cables.
Battery Power for Maximum Flexibility
The machine is equipped with an advanced 48V Li-ion battery (50 Ah, 2400 Wh) providing up to 50 minutes of continuous operation on a full charge. Charging time is approximately 4 hours.
Powerful Brushless Motor
A 7 kW brushless motor delivers 45 Nm of torque and a grinding speed of 3600 rpm, ensuring stable and efficient grinding even under demanding conditions.
